PREDB page modfied

I changed the PREDB page because i missed some options i wanted.

I used the dafault theme.

The follow options are avaible for Admins and Mods only on www.yoursite.com/predb

Search NZB (nzbindex and binsearch.com)

When you click on source it searches now for your release.

Make a backup first!
You must overwrite this file to nZEDb/www/themes/Default/templates/frontend

Nice addition, I am adding this. Please, next time do a pull request. I will add almost anything that increases functionality and does not break anything.
