start.php not working

i enable one group (backfil 2114)
when i run the script
php /var/www/nZEDb/misc/update/nix/tmux/start.php
it not doing anything.
it just display
"update_binaries has been disabled/terminated by running" etc. etc.

how can i get it run?

You have to turn the tmux scripts on and enable all of the different scripts you want running in the tmux-settings page.
