Update Binaries/Releases loop not restarting

Anyone experiencing the main tmux binaries/release pane loop not restarting?  On the latest version of dev.  Have tried adjusting sleep timers, Basic sequential vs complete sequential vs complete threaded vs simple threaded etc.  It always gets to Pane is Dead and never restarts.  Running Arch with php 5.5.15.  Thanks.
