What does 2017-12-21 update mean?

   Add: Merging in dev-allasmgr. This adds the option to treat ALL groups as Multigroup.

I thought we already had multigroup?  Just curious what this update means or its purpose.  Is this to help support the latest obfus methods?

It is basically adding all collections/binaries/parts to one table (like before TPG was introduced) with some added tweaks to make releases assembly better.
