Can i accomplish this? I've tried to look for the script that calls update_binaries etc but cannot locate it.
I want to call another script before update_releases runs.

Thanks JB, is just the renametopre script.
i find that it does a much better job than the fixnames script

Better would be before, since its faster than the fixreleasenames.
