Title: Dev Branch
Post by: jonnyboy on 2013-09-11, 03:08:18 pm
There are many changes in the dev branch. I would like to merge them into the master branch. I can not complete pdo in python until I get another server or vm for testing. The cheap box from ovh.ie, is not available to me. :(
I am too poor to get the $70 per month box, just for testing.
Anyway, I need to know if there are still outstanding issues that need to be addressed before merging.

I can give you access to my sons Minecraft box(he rarely uses it...), provided you don't mess with the Minecraft part of it.

It is a server I have collocated at FDC.
CentOS 6x 64 bit. Webmin as CP.

I can set you up with a VM on HPCloud for a bit. Root access. LMK if you want.

Thanks, both of you, I just need a small box to test creating/running the script using pgsql. Currently all of my boxes are overloaded.
Yes, I would accept the use of either/both. That is, as long as it does not cost you anything. I am not looking to shift my costs to anyone else and that was not the point of the post.
But, I am looking for a cheap vps or dedi that I can get. But, bandwidth seems to be limited on the cheap boxes.

Again, thank you. PM me and we can see where to go from here. :)

You can get a free open shift account however you are limited to 1gb storage for each gear and 3 gears. It would be enough for testing but not a active install.

Why not get setup with Amazon for dev?  You only have to pay for the VMs when they are up and its pennies an hour.  I run several sites with them and the ability to instantly setup and destroy VMs is one of about a thousand neat things about the service.
